We can now offer Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC, also known as Size Exclusion Chromatography, SEC) using an Agilent system with 4 detectors – Diode Array, Refractive Index, Viscometer and Evaporative Light Scattering (ELS).

This is ideal for the characterisation of polymer solutions as well as proteins. Determination of molecular size (hydrodynamic volume), as well as molecular weight distribution are possible. In polymer chemistry, these influence many physical and physico-chemical properties.
